Hi Stephanie Tallant , please I have a question about my air invert. He looks ugly...:(My outside leg still find the pole. Where is problem? Am I too low or don't use scapula? I recommended, that your invert is very beauty and your inside leg goes up to like invert pencil first. But I don't know how on it. Thank youu ❤️

I third this question because I'm in the "ugly" aerial invert club too, particularly on spin, and particularly when I'm tired towards the end of my routine. I know we talked about it in my last private on static but on spin it's still ugly 😂

Ok I actually second this question- I find i consistently have to do even a mini re knee grip in my knee hooks… and it’s annoying 😝
