If anyone has any tips at all on the football/quarterback grip, it would be greatly appreciated. I am so afraid to take the legs to the “butterfly” position. I had my partner spot me and still felt unstable.

Hi dear community :)
I'm currently working on my Caterpillar climb and seem to be stuck at one point.
I just seem to be unable to move my legs further up once I'm in the upside down position.

Do you have any tips for me? Or is it maybe caused by holding my hands in the wrong position?

Ok John Flynn I lied. I can’t get into the foot ball grip from a Crucifix . Here it is from a shoulder mount, brass monkey then to a twisted butterfly. Stephanie Tallant is the grip possible from a crucifix?

Here I skipped the first part & tried to get into the Ayesha, you seem to twist the hips forward while leaving your shoulder on the pole. Not sure how to do that. This whole combo is quite frustrating
