Question from a subscriber: “Hi! Do you recommend to do twice per week? 😊”

My response: I think 2 would be a good place to start! Maybe you can try it once and see how your body responds ☺️ if you’re super sore or you feel it’s challenging, maybe doing the first round of exercises 1 time during the week and the 2nd round of exercises another time of week.

If your back and/ or hip flexor flexibility is already pretty advanced, I’d recommend at least 3-4 times/ week to see progress.

As always, listen to your body and adjust based on life stressors going on around you too 🙌🏼

Vanessa it's totally fine!! The process of learning something new always takes manyyyyy attempts and it's normal for our bodies to be doing something different than what our mind is telling it to do LOLLet's back up to your jasmine because that's the move we're passing through in this transition. Check out 0:13 of your video.. see how your chest is facing upwards and your leg is always facing upwards. Now look at this screenshot I've attached, I think starting with the chest forward and the leg ALREADY pointing down will help improve this one. Taking a look at the jasmine tutorial might help too.
