My response: I think 2 would be a good place to start! Maybe you can try it once and see how your body responds ☺️ if you’re super sore or you feel it’s challenging, maybe doing the first round of exercises 1 time during the week and the 2nd round of exercises another time of week.
If your back and/ or hip flexor flexibility is already pretty advanced, I’d recommend at least 3-4 times/ week to see progress.
As always, listen to your body and adjust based on life stressors going on around you too 🙌🏼
