Sammie Jane yassss nice work with this one babe! Love the combo here! And I know we chatted about the ankle vs knee on Instagram but just in case anyone else sees this and is wondering the same thing - i believe the knee vs outside of heel is a combination of personal preference and how you enter the move. Sometimes I enter it more from a genie setup and therefore the pole is more around the knee vs entering it say FROM a twisted sister where the pole will be on the outside of the heel. Each might be more or less comfortable depending on body types and proportions too ☺️

Elena Martelli 😍 this is really a great start (nice handstand exit too)! I will film a short feedback video for you and will post here. In summary, you should feel a strong grip in your knee pit by squeezing your heel towards your butt. The straight leg in dragontail should be pressing inwards on to the pole and should be pointing downwards towards the floor

Espi I learned them them as something a little different. butterfly (photo attached from my baby poler years) where you're grabbing opposite leg and then twisted where you're grabbing same leg!

Josephine Edith Graabæk I remember having so much fun exploring off the pole flexibility drills for this BOP video!! Glad you enjoy it! 😁
