I’ve done the flying cobra and twisting torso ones. Usually do either of those 3x per week. It’s hard for me to squeeze in the 60 minute class, but sometimes I start it and get half way through just to get something in that’s back focused.

Hey! Please ignore my exorcist crawl down the wall, but any advice on getting my arms straight? Over the years my back has gotten more flexible, but have always been stuck here with the arms. Is this just a strength thing? What tutorials of yours would be good for this? Thank you!

Haven’t re-visited ballerina in a while, but really enjoyed this torso rotation video on the app today 🙂

Stephanie Tallant I have, but on a non consistent schedule

Stephanie Tallant I can probably do 3x per week up to an hour each session. The real question is what don’t I want to work on 😭 but lately feeling tight in the hips and shoulders. Always want to improve over-all flexibility.. but I feel like I’ve reached a plateau without a regular training schedule, and have regressed with my splits.

Hope it’s ok to jump in here, Steph! I am in desperate need of a flexibility training schedule. I do light shoulder, hip, and back opening sessions (10 mins each) in the mornings just as a wake-up routine, and I go to the gym ( 45 mins barre) 3-4 times per week. Want to add some more intense flexibility training to monitor progress.

Wow, thanks Steph!
