Hi Stephanie Tallant and community! 😊
Today I tried to do forearm vatiations... but I realized that I have really little grip with my knees and consequently with the crucifix. Do you have an old tutorial to share? In the clip the only version I managed to do because I can't remove the upper arm but I feel very unstable..😑 tips?...
However, I feel like I'm going to fall down if I remove my high arm and remain with just my knees and low arm. I hope I explained myself..😅😅 Thank you 😊
