Hi Stephanie Tallant, the first one ok...but if I stand up, I have big problems and itโ€™s okay, I know that it is very difficult ๐Ÿ˜Š But I would like to understand why my shoulder slides down when I kick the leg? It is difficult to bend my left arm that remains almost completely extended.. what do you recommend? Thank you! ๐Ÿฅฐ
