I'm so excited for you all to dive into the App's newest tutorial, a 35 minute follow along dance flow warmup with our dear Coach Hannah. This is an absolute favorite of mine & I hope you all enjoy it too.
Also, it's been 6 months since our last shoulder mount check-in, so the time has come :) Many of you have communicated to me that it's helpful to have an "invert" check in & a shoulder mount "check in" to help you strengthen and/or achieve these moves. There is a lot of shoulder mount content on the App, so I've included several videos depending on what you feel like tackling this week:
