(PLEASE NOTE: The videos included in this challenge are only the silent demonstrations from each challenge because I did not want to make you all to have to mark every single tutorial as "watched". So PLEASE use the search function in the upper right corner of the catalog to search for in depth tutorials on all of the moves included here!)
We've had SIX different moves for challenges so far with many different entries, exits, combos, and variations!
This is your week to take a look back at either a challenge that you missed OR if you've managed to successfully complete all 6 challenges, this is your week to revisit and further "clean up" one that you already did! Often times in pole, we bounce around to the "next cool Instagram move". So I love having review weeks in my personal practice too, which gives me a chance to further connect and explore with moves and sequences that I've already done in the past. I hope you enjoy this week!!
