Reminder to all Subscribers: We start our 2 week systemic training this week!

Coach Tiana created a new spreadsheet for us too in order to help those that don’t have access to certain equipment 😍đŸ’ȘđŸŒ

You can access this new spreadsheet via the same google sheets document as the program. I always love the 2 week systemic training. It's a great way to cross train our bodies with different inputs. 

Also I had an excellent question from Nina this week! It's totally okay to only implement the gym program 1 day or 2 days/ week. Sometimes 3 days feels like too much. So if you're hesitating to start with the gym program because it feels like too much, please feel free to just try 1 day and see what you think!

The new 12 week gym program will start December 9th and it’ll be updated in the same spreadsheet so you won’t need to request access to a different one.
