Windmills are one of the cross training exercises that have been crucial for my t spine rotation and thus pole training crossover! Stephanie Tallant thanks for encouraging us to post anything even if it isn’t pole related. I do these 2-3x/week specifically for my shoulder/back health and am hoping it’ll help me recover quicker and get back to pole next week!

It’s doing a bit better…still mostly just doing mobility- yesterday I did super light weight at the gym…I’m hoping I can ease in to some things next week - I love shoulder mounts and kinda bummed to be missing the challenge. 😔

Welcome!!! I LOVE shoulder mounts 😂though I’m still a little scared of dropping down into it from crucifix or going shoulder mount to super man… it’s improving but still sceeerrryyy

This resonates with me SO much. Just yesterday I opted out of training and took a rest day. My body and mind felt so much better and I slept so well. Today I feel refreshed and ready to tackle all the things 😂
