Stephanie Tallant just to understand...this butterfly is incorrect for three reasons? 1 - my body is too close to the pole 2 - the arm is not bent and is not pulling 3 - the leg is hooked instead of being along the pole. Right?

ps: Federiga is my husband's grandmother 😅

Stephanie Tallant at the end of the training it was hard to push into the floor because my arms made a lot of work and hurt a bit.. 😅 But yes, I totally understand! Thank you for the deep explanation!
