Hey friends! 👋🏼Just wanted to share that I found this “25 min flexibility sequence” video SO helpful for getting closer to my BOP! If anyone is working on it too (or spatchcock or broken split type shapes), I’d highly recommend doing this video as prep! it’s the first search result for “bop” :)
