Hello! Glad to hear that you’re better and ready for pole 🥳 uhmmm honestly I SUCK at a training schedule. I want to train so many things and on top of that I teach pole and yoga 😅 buuuut some things I am consistent with… hmm let me share my “schedule”

Mondays - Yoga or Flexy training, sometimes both

Tuesdays - Handstands & Flexy training + teaching yoga. Sometimes I teach pole too, if not I participate as a student in the pole class.

Wednesdays - Yoga or Flexy training, sometimes both / sometimes pole, if I taught pole on Tuesday

Thursdays - Ballet training + teaching yoga

Fridays - Pole training or active rest day depending on the week

Saturdays - what I feel like or active rest day depending on the week

Sundays - Flexy training and pole training + sometimes teaching pole

All days: go for a mental health walk (no goal for the walk, and walking from a to b does not count)

During yoga and flexy sessions I also do a lot of core stability and strength and 90% of the time I do active flexibility, which is basically also a lot of strength training 🥳

If I was more consistent and even more strict with my schedule I’d probably gain results faster, but I love the freedom to choose what my body and mind would like to do that day 🥰 otherwise the training will be very bad and hard to get through 😅

Hope this helps or maybe inspire you in some way 🥰 happy training!!

Ooooh and remember - the best training is the one that you do 😌😌😌

Really good!

Omg this was AMAZING 😍😍😍 loved the “ladder” build up of this one. Starting on the floor slowly moving up up up 🥳 more advanced series like this for specific tricks 😍

I feel so warm now and motivated to jump on the pole and play with Allegra and Capezio ❤️
