I was thinking the same thing! And maybe add wall puppy to the training list too as a good alternative to practice the position with more control 🙌🏻

I don’t feel any locking in my shoulders or stiffness, but they can be quite sore after intense shoulder flexy work ❤️ I was wondering if you are reaching your full flexion and getting shoulders up towards ears? It can be helpful to practice “shoulder CARs” (give it a google or YouTube search) to learn how the shoulder joint moves, how it feels in all directions 🥰 that’s something that’s helped me a lot in getting to know my shoulder movement.

Wow!!! Didn’t have blocks available today, but so good still! Can’t wait to try it with blocks 🤩 I love that it’s short, sweet and spicy 👀🫶🏻 thank you Steph!!

Still so in love with the front splits flexy series that include the over splits!! I love how it’s actually 71 minutes in total but doesn’t feel like it, cause it’s short videos 😌
