Does your top leg have contact with the pole in cradle? Like is the pole tucked into your hip crease? If so, I can’t seem to make/keep contact with the pole with my top leg.

I have to bend my knees a little to get the strap over my feet. I think it’s because of the lost flexibility from my fusion surgery. Hopefully it’ll come back with more practice.

Abs are on FIRE!!!

Felt most of that in my hips until the last one. Definitely saving this for later.
