Coach Tiana , I did Day 1 of the gym program this morning. I felt this, but after looking at this video, it looks like my hip is really rotating externally in the back… I don’t think this is correct. Can you take a peek? Thank you!!

It’s not bad necessarily- you’re just targeting the part of the glute that does external rotation. I would focus on driving foot directly away from where cable originates… if you get some external rotation with that- all good 👍🏼
