Went to the gym this morning to do one of the APP’s gym workouts before going to teach! It was all sorts of spicyyyy and I loved it! These is the full ROM bench press. I think I was “resting” at the top in the first couple but I realized I was doing it and tried to stop 😂 Coach Tiana, if you see any tweaks I can make for next time, lmk ☺️
