Thanks for sharing. Caterpillar climb is a work in progress for me and I actually donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever thought to see it like a upside down climb! Love that

Yes they are challenging!! I am noticing improvement in strength! I just did them yesterday and can feel my quads šŸ˜‚

Windmills are one of the cross training exercises that have been crucial for my t spine rotation and thus pole training crossover! Stephanie Tallant thanks for encouraging us to post anything even if it isnā€™t pole related. I do these 2-3x/week specifically for my shoulder/back health and am hoping itā€™ll help me recover quicker and get back to pole next week!

Itā€™s doing a bit betterā€¦still mostly just doing mobility- yesterday I did super light weight at the gymā€¦Iā€™m hoping I can ease in to some things next week - I love shoulder mounts and kinda bummed to be missing the challenge. šŸ˜”
