Stephanie Tallant I'm back! ππ₯° After so many weeks off, what a struggle! For now, Iβve only managed to do this part of the combo, but Iβm finding it really tricky to thread my leg between my arm and the pole, as well as the next sequence. Do you have any specific tutorials youβd recommend? Thanks so much!

Much better than yesterday, but it is very ugly π€£π If I take off slower, I am not able to invert.. If tomorrow my arms are still alive, I can try again π

Hi Stephanie Tallant I wanted to try the combo you put in the challenge, but Iβm stuck with the invert and how to hook the outside knee.
I've already watched you tutorial on the invert spin.. could you advice me something else to watch or do you have any tips?

Hi Stephanie Tallant, the first one ok...but if I stand up, I have big problems and itβs okay, I know that it is very difficult π But I would like to understand why my shoulder slides down when I kick the leg? It is difficult to bend my left arm that remains almost completely extended.. what do you recommend? Thank you! π₯°
