Hi Stephanie Tallant and community! 😊
Today I tried to do forearm vatiations... but I realized that I have really little grip with my knees and consequently with the crucifix. Do you have an old tutorial to share? In the clip the only version I managed to do because I can't remove the upper arm but I feel very unstable..πŸ˜‘ tips?...
However, I feel like I'm going to fall down if I remove my high arm and remain with just my knees and low arm. I hope I explained myself..πŸ˜…πŸ˜… Thank you 😊

Stephanie Tallant just to understand...this butterfly is incorrect for three reasons? 1 - my body is too close to the pole 2 - the arm is not bent and is not pulling 3 - the leg is hooked instead of being along the pole. Right?

ps: Federiga is my husband's grandmother πŸ˜…

Stephanie Tallant at the end of the training it was hard to push into the floor because my arms made a lot of work and hurt a bit.. πŸ˜… But yes, I totally understand! Thank you for the deep explanation!

Haha Because of this question I only now notice that in one I have the inside leg on the pole and in the other I have the outside leg on the pole! I thought I did the same same pole move! Poor me 🀣🀣
