Hi jamimah thanks for your question! This yoga flow is a great way to prepare for the pole moves and flexibility exercises in the recommendations. If you feel like continuing your training afterward, those moves could be a great next step, but there's no pressure to do them. Theyโ€™re just suggestions based on what your body has been prepared for during the yoga class. I hope this helps! โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป
