Stephanie Tallant Thank you! I have really been working on both backbends and splits, but only about 15 minutes 4-5 days per week... so maybe 10 minutes on splits and 5 on backbends. My backbends and splits are in the "ok" zone... I can get into them by not with perfect lines. I do not have oversplits. My biggest problem on anything is maintaining a straight back leg. My Capezio and Allegra are the style where you bend the back leg and grab the ankle/foot. My dream move it Spatchcock. My pancake is very solid, I think it is my shoulders holding me back. I was thinking of this schedule for my morning stuff (I am doing pole in the evening): Day 1 - this video, Day 2 - strength training, Day 3 - your BOP/Spatchcock stretch video - Day 4 strength training - Day 5 - Back to this video and repeat the cycle. I was also going to add an hour of my usual backbend/splits stuff on Sundays. But maybe I should just pick one thing and settle on that instead??? Trouble is I was everything! LOL
