Anyone else a fan of the Cherry Plasticine?!

Reminding myself that pole is a journey and it’s progress not perfection! 🙌

Since starting pole I have found and done so many wonderful tricks, but Ayesha remains my one true love! A goal for 2025 is to nail that handspring and get comfortable with a cup grip Ayesha!

Who else loves the term “meat corset”? 🤣First time trying this as part of my homework and soooo excited to get this on a consistent rotation ❤️ I feel so good! I’ll get those splits one day! 🥹
