Coach Tiana another question- these are new to me and my delts feel it today! 😂 how do they look? When it started to get heavy I felt like I would compensate with my trap…is this ok for some of the reps?? Or should I lower reps.
Weekly challenge inverts: the first clip might have been going for the world record for most knee hook adjustments after a single aerial invert on spin (counted 7 🫣).
Stephanie Tallant, my second clip looks better than whatever the fork is going on in the first clip, and I feel like I understand the techniques from the floor but aerially it still feels off. Also your "messy" invert at the beginning of your messy invert tutorial is comically clean and better than my second clip, so I presented the first clip for reference of what a messy invert looks like if you want to try and duplicate that technique I have going on there 😂😂😂

Hi Coach Tiana! I need your help..yesterday I tried for the first time the new gym program day 1. I I train at home and I have several tools, but for the single arm cable, I tied a band to the pole as in the clip, but it was not so hard. 😅 How could I replace it? And how could I replace seated harmstring curl? Thank you! 😊
Spinning invert. I was definitely guilty of bending both legs. Bending only the o side leg is a game changer. I know I still have a mirror bend. Any on the comments?
