Stephanie Tallant tangled split update from the ground… okay soooo do you feel this in your hammy? Because my hammy was feeling it. Also I am pushing down with that foot right? And untucking pelvis idk that’s as far as I could go lol. Also is there anything I need to squeezeeeee am not squeezing?

Okay so I did this I noticed my quads were getting a workout of front leg and I felt the hip flexor of black leg more not a whole ton just a little bit. Are these the right sensations ?Stephanie Tallant
