Hey hey hey!! Qq for community..I did my first floor k today however when I got to fully extending my leg on the pole I started panicking and came down. My foot on the pole was slippery ( or it could have also been in my head lol) anyways I am not sure why this is so scary for me but it is.. does anyone have tips on how they dealt with the fear.. thanks 😊 🫢🏾 Stephanie Tallant

Stephanie Tallant yes I felt it! It makes sense okay so another question you know how in your flexibility video when we are doing the hamstring stretch kneeling on one leg with the other leg in front and we lean slightly forward foot flexed with an untucked pelvis but then we kind bend the knee (of the straight leg) a little bit and tense the quads to a) protect the knee b) give more stretch in the hamstring. If we are on the pole doing a split move are we doing all at once or basically once we engage the quads it does all of it. I don’t know if this question made sense? πŸ˜…

Stephanie Tallant Can you please explain the extending through your knees? What muscles am I supposed to be squeezing or focusing on?

Vanessa lol oh no it’s not a jallegra look like it though ..turns out that bottom hand is supposed to be in true grip… and the bottom arm will then be right underneath my lower back..
