Hiii Nina!! Thanks for sharing this here. I'll bring Coach Tiana into this as well, because she might have some helpful feedback too! My first thought is that if this is the first time you're going to the gym, it might help to record your hamstring exercises specifically and post them here in the community feed, so Tiana can take a look at your form and help you with any adjustments that will help there. Is this something you'd feed comfortable doing?

And 2nd, how often to you prioritize your active flexibility training during the week?

Let us know!! Thanks for posting your question here!

Omg I love how this combines last week’s and this week’s themes (cradle AND thread throughs). So fun 🤩 And yes awesome work going from cradle to leg hook, it was the perfect transition to get to the brass monkey tread through 👏🏼

Hii Amber!! So happy seeing this! I’m glad you enjoyed this torso rotation sequence, it’s a fav of mine too 🥰 and I love that it gave you a chance to revisit this floor ballerina too, good work! 😍😍

Julia Olko hiii love!! Thanks so much for sharing this here!! Your best attempt is very good! I actually revisited this one recently and found myself struggling the first few tries to get enough compression for the hold, so definitely one to keep in your “rotation” and I know you’ll get it! I’m glad this challenge inspired and challenged you and gave you some things to keep working on 🥳💪🏼 love uuuuuu

As for the compression work, if using the blocks feels unachievable right now, it’s definitely okay to work the sequence without the blocks for now ☺️ I’m glad this challenge inspired and challenged you and gave you some things to keep working on 🥳💪🏼 love uuuuuu
