Yayyy! That sounds like a great session!! 😍 The goal here is for the wrist to stay stacked over the shoulder (I know it's tough!!). I find this exercise can be helpful to be done in front of a mirror or even if you record yourself with a front facing camera, so you can see when that arm starts to drift off to the side. Make sense?

Amberrr hehe about elbow grip!! You did it though and it looked good. You could probably have your elbow up just a little higher to make a bigger bracket but I think that'll come the more time you spend with this one. And you did the ONE HANDED 🎉🙌🥳 Great work!! (and you're little finger reach to the floor at the end of the last one - omg we can all relate LOL). Thanks for posting!
