Couple things to try next time - before you extend the legs, squeeze your right obliques a bit to shift more weight to your right (towards cup grip arm) and also shift your eyes on to the mat. It's coming right along though! so proud of you!

Vanessa left great tips already about hand placement and working to extend bottom leg first! Adding on to that yes, it will be a significant side body stretch. I find I'm able to achieve the best balance when I have to really reach my finger tips to the floor (ie my outside body is stretched to the max lol). I recommend including some side bending and lat stretching in warm ups before this move to help with that flexibility. Getting closer Susan! Keep us posted! :))
