Hi !

This is how I learnt and as these are called in The Ultimate Pole Bible from Spin City. In that book the version with the leg extended is named β€œbrass poisson” and there is also another variation of the reverse one named β€œopen poisson” with the top hand free off the pole πŸ˜‰πŸ˜˜
