I followed your tutorial! but I don't understand one thing, is the contact with the inner thigh only for the straight leg behind the pole or for the leg on the pole too? because when I hook my foot to the pole, I lose contact with the inner thigh.. Hi Coach Tiana and Stephanie Tallant ! This exercise is very hard for me, what do you think? Today in my plan ther is active rest + flexibility.. What do you recommend to do? Walking, swimming, foam roller session are correct as active rest? Or something else?.. Thank you 😊

Hi Stephanie Tallant and community! 😊 Today I tried to do forearm vatiations... but I realized that I have really little grip with my knees and consequently with the crucifix. Do you have an old tutorial to share? In the clip the only version I managed to do because I can't remove the upper arm but I feel very unstable..😑 tips?... However, I feel like I'm going to fall down if I remove my high arm and remain with just my knees and low arm. I hope I explained myself..😅😅 Thank you 😊
