Today I tried to do forearm vatiations... but I realized that I have really little grip with my knees and consequently with the crucifix. Do you have an old tutorial to share? In the clip the only version I managed to do because I can't remove the upper arm but I feel very unstable..😑 tips?...
However, I feel like I'm going to fall down if I remove my high arm and remain with just my knees and low arm. I hope I explained myself..😅😅 Thank you 😊

Hi Coach Tiana! I need your help..yesterday I tried for the first time the new gym program day 1. I I train at home and I have several tools, but for the single arm cable, I tied a band to the pole as in the clip, but it was not so hard. 😅 How could I replace it? And how could I replace seated harmstring curl? Thank you! 😊

Vanessa you are definitely not the worst pole student! What should I say? I just have one question...Why didn't I put my emotional pillows? Pole dance: try, fall, try again until you succeed and...ignore the pain!! 🤣
