Never been so closed! It can be really frustrating to work towards a trick for months but even it doesn't look so much better... I can feel it is! My back didn't hurt the next day. The problem is now to get the shoulder behind the pole 😂 do you recommend to do a backbend/shoulders session or to work on the specific drills of your BOP video?

I really want to improve my pancake (goal spatchcock!). Do you have any tipps/specific videos? I do sometimes middle split lessons but it is not specific pancake.
