Hello everybody

I tried this backbend lesson and OMG it felt so good! I just have one question: Stephanie you say we need to close the ribs but I don't really get how I am suppose to do that and which muscles need to be engaged?

If somebody has an advice I will be grateful ๐Ÿ˜Š thank you!

Before and afterย ๐Ÿฅฐ one month difference between this two pictures with one middle split workout/week. Soooo happy, thank you so much Steph ! The only question now is, with how many blocks are we supposed to be comfortable on the floor before attempting safely the spatchcock?ย

Never been so closed! It can be really frustrating to work towards a trick for months but even it doesn't look so much better... I can feel it is! My back didn't hurt the next day. The problem is now to get the shoulder behind the pole ๐Ÿ˜‚ do you recommend to do a backbend/shoulders session or to work on the specific drills of your BOP video?

I really want to improve my pancake (goal spatchcock!). Do you have any tipps/specific videos? I do sometimes middle split lessons but it is not specific pancake.
