Hello everybody

I tried this backbend lesson and OMG it felt so good! I just have one question: Stephanie you say we need to close the ribs but I don't really get how I am suppose to do that and which muscles need to be engaged?

If somebody has an advice I will be grateful 😊 thank you!

Thank you so much 🥰 I have my chest on the floor at this point but will work hard to have my belly on the floor. Do you think I need to achieve this first before attempting spatchcock?

Before and after 🥰 one month difference between this two pictures with one middle split workout/week. Soooo happy, thank you so much Steph ! The only question now is, with how many blocks are we supposed to be comfortable on the floor before attempting safely the spatchcock?

Stephanie Tallant not this one but i will next time. Do you recommend to follow this also 2-3 times a week (when working on backbend for exemple) or just working on upper back and shoulders? Thank you ❤️

Same problem here! I closed my legs a bit and it helped but hard to take off 🙈
