Thank you for the reminder ! I do have a question about the reps: I have this feeling, that my body respond better with more weight but less reps (6-8). If I do a few weeks with 15 reps, I don't really see I'm becoming stronger... and I my balance says I've lost some muscles 😆 can I switch to less reps and more weight, what do you think?

Stephanie Tallant not this one but i will next time. Do you recommend to follow this also 2-3 times a week (when working on backbend for exemple) or just working on upper back and shoulders? Thank you ❤️

Same problem here! I closed my legs a bit and it helped but hard to take off 🙈

I've followed this one (after a quick warm up of my own). I usually work on the torsion and the splits (over middle split of your middle serie) but to avoid overtraining on shoulders I don't work on the upper body flexibility so much. I just add a video of the entry of the trick - this arm is a real struggle! Thank you so much for your feedback ❤️
