Thank you for the reminder ! I do have a question about the reps: I have this feeling, that my body respond better with more weight but less reps (6-8). If I do a few weeks with 15 reps, I don't really see I'm becoming stronger... and I my balance says I've lost some muscles 😆 can I switch to less reps and more weight, what do you think?
