I've followed this one (after a quick warm up of my own). I usually work on the torsion and the splits (over middle split of your middle serie) but to avoid overtraining on shoulders I don't work on the upper body flexibility so much. I just add a video of the entry of the trick - this arm is a real struggle! Thank you so much for your feedback β€οΈ

Same problem here! I closed my legs a bit and it helped but hard to take off π
