Never been so closed! It can be really frustrating to work towards a trick for months but even it doesn't look so much better... I can feel it is! My back didn't hurt the next day. The problem is now to get the shoulder behind the pole π do you recommend to do a backbend/shoulders session or to work on the specific drills of your BOP video?

I've followed this one (after a quick warm up of my own). I usually work on the torsion and the splits (over middle split of your middle serie) but to avoid overtraining on shoulders I don't work on the upper body flexibility so much. I just add a video of the entry of the trick - this arm is a real struggle! Thank you so much for your feedback β€οΈ
