Hard to choose but I feel like capezio is my signature move. I say capezio on spin pole and dragontail on static pole

Fake newssss. Your favorite move is now a Jade bc you're a splits person!!! But also this triggered me. The only thing worse than a Superman is a stargazer to Superman drop

When I read this I literally read it in Steph's voice too πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚the number of times and body parts I've been told to squeeze. The most recent one I think was to squeeze my cheek into the pole πŸ˜‚πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜

Yes it's hip flexors, but more than that it's ACTIVE flexibility. It's one thing to be able to pull your leg into a position using your arms or the pole, but to be able to extend your back leg on its own and maintain the position requires active flexibility and strength

Hahahaha yes that makes sense. I'll have to experiment with flourishing the transitions to make it more presentable while also not knocking myself out of the twist πŸ™ƒ

Yasssss girl!!! πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½Your twist position looks so much better here! And it looks like you got into the elbow so much easier with your head facing this direction. I found it's wayyyyy less strain on my shoulder when I curved around the pole rather than fighting against it. Also totally feel you on the leg switch method, I started with that way but it messes with your brain hahahaha

So for BOP your top elbow and shoulder should be in line with the pole as a contact point and your waist is another contact point otherwise you'll plummet to the ground when you try and take your legs off the pole speaking from experience πŸ˜‚. Also try curving your neck around the pole and looking at your hands, that's what prevented me from being able to BOP for the longest time was my head was in the wrong position the whole time

Your leg that's hooked on the pole you need to start with it hooked way higher so it's above your hips or it will be almost impossible to get up as you're fighting gravity. Even when I get my butt in the air I actually slide that leg up the pole even more as I'm extending the back leg to make it easier and a more natural butterfly position. It is a massive push to get your butt in the air though similar to the feeling of doing a Marion Amber or hypothetically if I could do a sneaky v πŸ˜‚
