There's like so many factors at play for my grip at this point including season, pole finish, humidity, what move I'm attempting (if it's a new/harder move for me) that it's a science experiment still in the works. I have dry, cold skin, with cold clammy hands for reference πŸ˜‚ Summer time with chrome finish pole it's been monkey hands gluey on my hands, shaving cream on my entire body. In the winter time I add itac to contact points like knee pits, elbows etc and use dry hands on my hands instead.

Espi yeah pole time is way different. Inverted time goes by x10, 2 points of contact like x100, on spin x1000, and if you do a combination of the above then it's a synergistic effect πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Is this the "let's talk about hamstrings" video you're talking about in the beginning of the jade video that should be done or is there another video

I think it's because you've got me to stop just dangling by my arms in my splitty moves so I can finally do it from this foot mount entrance πŸ™ƒStill need help with the princess grip entrance though, we'll add it to my list 😬

This one requires a lotttttt of active flexibility in hip flexors so you can have an oversplit, more than strength. I just had no upper body strength at all when I started pole and only had leg flexibility so it was the opposite problem of what most people have with spatchcock.
