So I can (mostly - I'm just old & creaky right now) get into brass monkey from other ways. But I tried using a plyo box (from the beginner entries) and I have the same issue as when doing handstand conditioning - getting hips over shoulders. It just feels....wrong. Like I'm going to tip over - help?

You can see on my left side I'm actually tilting from the pole.

Kept it simple with flatline to cradle - both sides since my goal is to even out and clean up..... apparently the sickled feet need some attention 😂

Gave this weeks challenge a go....did not feel comfy with dragonfly on my left but shocked at the right given how little I've been poling recently
