John Flynn can you get more For arm grip on the bottom arm. Look like the wrist is twisted. I believe I place my bottom arm first & sink a bit into it before placing the top arm. I know you have the strength for the move. I will try it later & post a video.

Got it. Probably my short limbs. No I donā€™t have a forearm free standing stand. Iā€™ll work on the second part , but think of the hang glider instead of Ayesha
