I can't find the tutorial to explain the Martini variation.  

It looks like to me once you thread through from the outside leg hang your hands are too far apart. I usually press up or sink down from a layback for iguana.

Are there modifications for to machine exercises? I have access to weights but not individual traditional gym equipment.
