Was happy to release the second arm & reach ! Still no back bend.

That is my knee hooked higher 😂 Stephanie Tallant what is a good mobility exercise to get my leg higher.

John Flynn can you get more For arm grip on the bottom arm. Look like the wrist is twisted. I believe I place my bottom arm first & sink a bit into it before placing the top arm. I know you have the strength for the move. I will try it later & post a video.

Got it. Probably my short limbs. No I don’t have a forearm free standing stand. I’ll work on the second part , but think of the hang glider instead of Ayesha
