I definitely pole multiple days in a row. I try not to do two really hard pole days back to back. I also have taken 2 or 3 classes back to back at retreats and PoleCon. I try to listen to my body and limit taking back to back classes that require my full capacity.

I was able to get my shoulder mounts on both sides and aerially for the first time!πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ˜

Welcome! I actually love shoulder mounts! I had them solid for awhile on both sides, but then was inconsistent with them and they aren’t as solid. I’m slowing getting them back. This challenge along with my studio doing shoulder mounts for the month of October should help!
