Hey hey! I have a question regarding the gym program. After doing the hamstring workout, my legs are sore for 2 days and then my hamstrings feel tighter and less mobile for a couple weeks. I'm a bit scared that this will impact my flexibility if I keep doing this, as it does impact my flexibility now in my splits. What should I do? Maybe good to know that I never have been going to the gym before to lift weights.

Hi Steph and Tiana, thanks for both of your thorough answers! I indeed do not do active flexibility that often, and my flexibility has been gained mostly passive as I am hypermobile.. I will prioritize active stretching with the videos from the library in this app first so the excercises will compliment one another!
And I do try to go for a big ROM in my gym excercises, this was not possible for the hamstring curl though and the hamstring is the muscle which feels tighter now :(
