Hi all! I want to do both the gym program and flexibility twice a week, and was wondering if it works for anyone to do both trainings on one day. And if you do so, do you do flexibility first or the weights first? And is it okay or too intense to do both? My plan is to kind of to both of them in one go in the evening after work, would like to hear some thoughts and/or experiences on this!

Thanks Steph and Tiana for your responses! I will try to do my weight program first and then continue with the stretching excercises and see how that goes!
