Just wanted to share this strength accomplishment during my gym workout! I haven't tried the actual pull up yet because I was sure I wasn't able to do it, and today I decided to give it a go. I was so surprised I didn't just manage 1 but 2 pull ups! There was even more in me, but wanted to take it easy as I have to teach classes tomorrow. Excited to practise this again next time on the day 3 gym day!
