Thanks Steph and Tiana for your responses! I will try to do my weight program first and then continue with the stretching excercises and see how that goes!

Hi Steph and Tiana, thanks for both of your thorough answers! I indeed do not do active flexibility that often, and my flexibility has been gained mostly passive as I am hypermobile.. I will prioritize active stretching with the videos from the library in this app first so the excercises will compliment one another!

And I do try to go for a big ROM in my gym excercises, this was not possible for the hamstring curl though and the hamstring is the muscle which feels tighter now :(

My coach was a bit upset when he did not receive any rewards for his hard work such as pets or sweets :( Not sure if he would coach me again, but it was definetely helpful!
