Hi all, I just wanted to share how the gym program has been working for me! I have been committing for a couple of weeks now to go 2-3 times a week and I already notice a major change in my strength! I have been out of pole sports for a while because of an injury, and I have felt quite out of it because of this. But this weekend I played with some power moves and especially the cup grip handspring has never felt so secure as I was more able to pull myself in the correct position. I was not even so secure as before I had my injury. I also notice it when I do a bridge, that is takes up less strength in my glutes and I can focus more on actually stretching my back.

I'm just very stoked to feel so much progression in such a short time, and it is very motivating as it makes me wonder what else I can do in a couple of months! Will definetely keep on going and try to use this new strength more in flexibility training as well!

Hi all! I want to do both the gym program and flexibility twice a week, and was wondering if it works for anyone to do both trainings on one day. And if you do so, do you do flexibility first or the weights first? And is it okay or too intense to do both? My plan is to kind of to both of them in one go in the evening after work, would like to hear some thoughts and/or experiences on this!

Hey hey! I have a question regarding the gym program. After doing the hamstring workout, my legs are sore for 2 days and then my hamstrings feel tighter and less mobile for a couple weeks. I'm a bit scared that this will impact my flexibility if I keep doing this, as it does impact my flexibility now in my splits. What should I do? Maybe good to know that I never have been going to the gym before to lift weights.

I got some extra support from my personal stretch coach who is overseeing whether I do my flexibility training 😂
