Stephanie Tallant so after watching your Pegasus video for some reason I thought this was going to be much easier 😅😅😅 hence the trying it on spin and my ass falling to the ground 😅 first question do you know why I fell backwards? Second question that bottom arm feels weird I feel like I need to fix the placement maybe it’s too low? 🫶🏾🫶🏾 thanks for always helping 🫶🏾

I fell like I am loosing my bottom arm placement under my shoulder as I position the first leg , so I feel less sturdy loosening the top leg. Stephanie Tallant thoughts ?

Stephanie Tallant how’s the push / pull look for the cup grip working toward pixie walk ? Much of my muscle ( weight ) is in my legs & a$$ I find this & shoulder mount so challenging 😥
