Hi Stephanie Tallant, the first one ok...but if I stand up, I have big problems and it’s okay, I know that it is very difficult 😊 But I would like to understand why my shoulder slides down when I kick the leg? It is difficult to bend my left arm that remains almost completely extended.. what do you recommend? Thank you! 🥰
