Susan Papp Mlodzienski for youโ€ฆ Other thing with Marta Split. There is a lot of upper back and neck involved in the setup too. Try looking up to help keep your chest away from the pole.. even when you go for the leg grab part. If we let the chest sink.. itโ€™s really hard to complete the move.

Hey Coach Tiana I'm new here and need help with modifying the gym program ๐Ÿ˜Š
I don't have time to go to the gym unfortunately, but have quite a lot of equipment at home (bar, modifiable dumbbells, straps, etc).
My main goal is strengthening the upper body, mainly shoulders, lats and back.
Could you please help me?

What does hm stands for? (Home work? ๐Ÿค”) And where do I find that?
