I didn’t really feel like working out, but just starting with the new compression exercises was honestly so fun and accessible because the tutorial was like 7 minutes. Everyone have 7 minutes so no excuse 😂❤️and then I was like… well I’m really warm now so might as well continue the compression stuff with a 25min flexy workout in your app 🥰 and then I wanted to do pole, and I also didn’t want to do pole, so floor K caught my attention as it was up front in the app tutorials as well hehe. And worked perfectly with compression work
So THANK YOU Steph!! for helping me and inspiring me to workout and chase my goals 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Also… Maybe this could be a fun addition to the app - a section of easy accessible fun challenges and videos to start your workout if you don’t feel like working out 😂❤️ 5-10 minute videos maybe 🥳Could be core creativity and balance challenges, maybe small mobility sessions 🤔
Filmed some videos for the new pole conditioning program starting next week!! Here’s a sneak peek! I’m excited 💪🏼 https://polewithsteph.com/categories/category-0iZpaoMwiZE EDIT: Beginning in September 2024, the Pole Conditioning Program will be released via the App. The Program will be accessible under "Programs" from the home catalog page or simply click this link to have the program open in a web browser: https://polewithsteph.com/programs/poleconditioningprogram.
This was highly requested, so I'm excited about this update!!
Hi students! Would love others thoughts on this as well because pole move names can be different depending on where and how you learned! Poisson vs reverse poisson... my understanding:
Poisson (inside leg on pole) - first picture
Reverse Poisson (but what I always think of when I hear poisson...outside leg on pole) - 2nd picture
Poisson variation (anything else that has the similar leg shape lol for example, arm behind back) - 3rd picture
Any other thoughts from you all? Please comment below!! Thanks Miriam juan for asking this great question!!
Amazing challenge 😍...I really loooove Butterfly! I need your tips Stephanie Tallant 😊 Thank you 🤍
Stephanie Tallant I also made a small attempt at the brass grip- sound on for a laugh
Weekly challenge 😊review time! I choose Laybacks and crescent.
Stephanie Tallant hey! I tackled Poisson again yesterday- I’m happier with this one!!
Had a lot of fun working on the intermediate spinning invert combo and extended butterfly for this week’s challenge. I’ve come to realize that my tight shoulders are my biggest limiting factor in my pole training so I also am going to prioritize back and shoulder flexibility for awhile. The bridges on the blocks were an incredible shoulder opener I can’t wait to try again!
