The closed to open hip splits rotations feel very unatural at the moment. I feel I need to rely a lot on my hands pushing into the blocks to make the rotation. Any suggestions on my form would be helpful

Starting early this challenge because stargazer is my jam 😎
This was my first time doing iguana and it felt solid except my shoulders felt locked. Should I be attempting to rotate them for a smoother dismount?

I am fine with shoulder mount with a little momentum. I struggle with that last butt tuck. I have a fairly significant lumbar lordosis & my weight is in my lower half. Please help with some cues or drills to help me with that last little bit. I am working toward my aerial SM Stephanie Tallant
