✨Watch the tutorials which include several halloween inspired pole shapes for different levels! The second week of this challenge will be dedicated to review of content from the October challenges. It can be so easy to bounce around from pole trick to pole trick because we are constantly seeing new, fun, different, unique things that we want to try, BUT reviewing what you've already tried before is SOOOO important, so please take this review week to review some moves that you've already attempted (make them pretty, try to smooth out the entry & exit, etc). I hope you enjoy this two week challenge!

Comment on this post with a picture (screenshot is fine) of something from your training this week (it can be anything... a move from the challenge, a screenshot from a flexibility or gym session, etc).

SAFETY: There are different levels included in these challenges. Please approach new moves safely. Use a crash pad if you have it or if you have a trusty spotter, that's great too. I want you all to be safe, that's my #1 priority :)) If you're unsure about the prerequisites to the moves, please feel free to ask that question in the Community Feed ("Hey Steph. I really want to try XYZ, but not sure if I should. What are some of the moves I should have before this?) and I can help you determine if a move is appropriate for you to try!
Knocked out a gym workout from the App this morning!! Those single leg heel elevated squats are something special lol I've seen subscriber, Espi working on these too, so I know she can relate! 🔥 And a reminder to all subscribers: Coach Tiana and I want you to feel supported with the gym program. It’s common to not know how to do something and it’s always good to ask for a “technique check”. Hi! Does anyone have experience needing different grip aids for different pole finishes? My studio pole is brass and I almost never need grip, but I use dry hands and shaving cream when I do. My home pole is chrome and I always need grip, but dry hands and shaving cream do not work, especially in the colder months. It has to be 100 degrees in my home in order to pole on the chrome, so I need some grip aids. I have sticky clothing, but don’t really like it for other reasons. HELP!

I know it's really easy in pole to want to focus on pretty shapes & combos, but dedicating time to dialing in technique and to conditioning fundamental pole moves is just as (if not more) important and will only make us stronger for those pretty shapes & combos we all want to achieve!

Stephanie Tallant 😹😅 so the bottom hand 😂 I was trying to do what you did and I don’t think mine moved an inch lol also do you feel a stretch in that shoulder of the bottom arm? Also I am so confused with what I am doing with my bottom hand it feels stuck and not moving like am I walking my fingers around the pole and then lifting it up?
